Try "Breathe Right" strips before you go for rhinoplasty. When you get your nose carved out, you will never be able to lie on your back and float in water. When you jump in a pool, you will have to hold your nose like a little kid. Otherwise, water will rush right into your sinuses. I came back from Mexico with the worst sinus infection of my life. All because I floated in the surf on vacation. F'd a whole facet of beach enjoyment forever. Think twice.

The very first breathing technique James Nestor experienced in that corner of a studio 10-11 years ago in San Francisco is 'Sudarshan Kriya'. Being a water polo player in my undergrad for 4 years, I had a breathtakingly beautiful experience with my first time of 'Sudarshan Kriya'. My life literally changed from that point on - numerous injuries healed, muscles balanced, physiological changes to my bones which gave me frequent trouble, sleep disorder cured, and many more!

But if I knew then, I would have advised them against it! I can now keep my mouth closed while I’m just sitting or walking so that’s good. Wish I could get more space in there.why won’t it grow??

48:19 idk, when i was in vegas, this was my favorite part. Im allergic to cigarette smoke, and no one told me the whole of las vegas was saturated with it. I finally felt I could breathe, it stopped my headache, and I had a noticeable shift in the way my body felt after 15 minutes. Maybe thats just because the air quality was so insanely shit, but it did make a difference. Maybe its because im a runner and I already had good oxygen intake from years of training, and I could make more use of the pure oxygen.

Nearly there, the reason for larger noses in European populations is precisely because of the cold climate and the need to warm and moisten the cold dry air of europe. Evolutionary biology for the win 👍

While listening to this, I consciously made myself nose breathe only, and after a few minutes I noticed that I felt warm and my hands aren’t mottled. Interesting! I’ll keep it up and see if it continues to work. It does make sense, as co2 is a vasodilator. 🧐

I do like learning new things, BUT I do think this is what's IN NOW and in several years or maybe even decades people are going to find out all of the flaws that are wrong with this. Then that's going to start another process. Usually people say that they have seen the science behind it, look at most of the vegans or go the opposite direction even the meat eaters they always say "just look at the science" Everyone is convinced that they are right, the truth is whatever is working for them is probably right. I'm not a big advocate of any kind of religion, but some people are convinced otherwise and they do seem like it works for them, I think it's just a matter of picking whats right for you.

Check this out: Right Media has filmed Biden's wires poking out from his shirt on the right of his chest and a wire attached to his left wrist. It's a loop wire system around the neck with a small ear insert, and a back up team of Dems at the other giving him instructions. I suspect that Trump knew this and so interrupted Biden often to break his concentration from getting his instructions from his puppet masters. This is a truly pathetic attempt at fraud. Something a banana republic would do to gain power. As for the Trump hating Wallace, he was so obvious.

breathwork is related to meditation and spiritual development and shamanistic practices. theres' a whole world of esoteric knowledge out there. breathwork is a gate to meditation. over the years, you see slow development of the physiology if you practice breathwork or qigong. in a sense, qigong is movements that teach your body how to breathe. my resting pulse is around 50. i don't exercise hard. but I do a lot of breathwork, qigong, tai chi and meditation. it's good stuff. but I can still use the internet. :-)

O my god u think breathing techniques is new it was taught in ancient times ,in the scriptures it is called the breath of life , i first got involved in the sixties doing some martial arts training ,which also was connected with yoga who taught slow deep breathing , rhythmic techniques ,and that is slow deep breathing in till you feel your lungs expand down around your nut sack then as you breathed it in , let it out , the same as i was taught over seas in tichee and qigong in the remote villages , When you are doing correct slow breathing and say the words i am healing the body will do so , in yoga and tichee , gigong from overseas masters non teach you to not hold your breath , its not normal to do so I went though it all nose strips ,chin straps ,mouth pieces ,and nasal ,and the apena forced air machine with mask , the best that worked was with the anti snore block that is a foam block that warps around the neck Yes I did hv a nose overall as my nose was shut off from being smashed to many times as a 78 yr old vet these western medicine doctors dont no shit go over seas learn from the masters and the body will heal its self , slow deep rhythmical breathing is normal for life , i go to the morning sun and do daily , again this breathing though the mouth harshly is bs and not normal 🙃 im more healthy than 99 % of people around me , People with any breathing or bronchial air way problems simply take baking soda 1ts spoon level in water ,and slow very deep breathing and feel your lungs expand in the lower level , But im just a pot head who uses it to go on spiritual journeys , so what the hell do I know Once you learn and teach your body to slow deep rhythmic breathing same in as out ,you will never breath though your mouth again. And the body will heal it self ,

This might have something to do with the US letting industry barons and ceos step in and out for the FDA for decades, as well as most other agencies. Idea's just kinda go away. Sometimes they get dragged out back and beaten, sometimes they just go away. I remember my 3rd grade coach, back in the 80's telling me to breath threw my nose whenever I can, and that its important for oxygen, and temperature. I have only ever breathed out of my mouth when I have a cold, or winded. I can take quick enough deep breaths threw my nose. It is very important when it is cold, to help get the air ready for your lungs, it helps filter it, it passes it over all sorts of things...I hear there is a factory in there When it comes to things like germ theory, gravity, Newtonian physics, evolution, history, understanding. We know that what we used to know was wrong, but we are convinced that what we know now is right.

It goes beyond this. The nose samples pathogens from the ambient air so that your body can start producing anti-bodies to things in your environment, just in case you come into contact with a large enough amount of it to get sick later on. You'll already be ready for it. Google the "primary and secondary immune response". It's genius. Why did it take going to medical school to teach me that? Everyone should know this stuff. Also, fun fact. pH stands for "potential of hydrogen". Co2 is acidic. O2 is not. So as you breath more and more and more (hyperventilation/panic attack), you lose acid and shift into a slightly alkaline state. This can be dangerous. To correct this at the hospital, we just give you a paper bag to breath into. This lets you exhale the Co2 into the bag and then breathe it back in, so you stop losing systemic acid and the body can stabilize. The euphoric feeling you get from deep breathing (holotropic) meditation is actually just a pH inbalance. Lolz.
